		<description>Thank you so much for the detailed recipe. I made this last night and it turned out FANTASTIC!! I didnt even have a baking stone... I just used a cookie sheet but followed all the directions exactly (including the steam steep)... and it produced a bread exactly as promised! I posted it to my website (flirtingwithflour.blogspot.com) and provided a link back to your page. Thanks again!</description>
